1. Seller and definitions
The seller and operator of the Store is the entity identified in the seller details section. A Customer is a person placing an order, and a Consumer is a natural person making a purchase that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
2. Using the Store
To use the Store, a device with Internet access, an up-to-date browser and an email address are required. The Customer must provide accurate information and may not submit unlawful content. Customer accounts are handled by Clerk.
3. Products, prices and VAT
Product information does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Prices are stated in PLN as gross prices including VAT. The delivery cost is shown before the order is placed.
4. Order and conclusion of the contract
The Customer selects the product, delivery details and payment method. Before finalising the order, the Customer receives a summary of the price, tax and delivery cost. The order is accepted after payment has been successfully confirmed; confirmation is sent to the email address provided.
5. Payment, order fulfilment and delivery
Available payment and delivery methods are presented dynamically during checkout. The Store does not promise a method whose provider or configuration is unavailable. Details are provided on the Shipping and payments page.
The order fulfilment time is 1 to 3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed, unless a different time is stated for a particular product.
The carrier's delivery time is not included in the order fulfilment time.
The estimated delivery time for InPost Paczkomat® 24/7 is 1–2 business days from the date the parcel is dispatched.
6. Right of withdrawal
A Consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of taking possession of the goods, without giving a reason. The statement may be sent to the seller's contact address. The Consumer must return the goods promptly and no later than 14 days after withdrawing.
- The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the law or the offer provides otherwise.
- The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods or evidence of their return has been received.
- Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only where relevant to the specific contract, for example to goods made to the Consumer's specifications.
7. Complaints
The Seller is responsible for conformity of the goods with the contract under Polish consumer law. A complaint may be submitted by post or email, describing the lack of conformity and the requested remedy. The Seller will respond within the legally required period. Details are provided on the Returns and complaints page.
8. Personal data
The Privacy policy describes the rules for processing personal data, recipients of the data and the rights of data subjects.
9. Final provisions
Polish law applies to contracts, without prejudice to mandatory Consumer rights. A Consumer may use the out-of-court dispute resolution methods described by UOKiK. Changes to these Terms do not affect orders placed earlier.
